Full-time residential construction leadership role.
What you’ll do
- Oversee daily job-site operations and coordinate crew activities.
- Communicate clearly with team members, clients and leadership.
- Help keep projects safe, on time and aligned with quality standards.
- Assist with planning, scheduling and job-site problem-solving.
What you bring
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication.
- 5+ years in residential construction or a related trade.
- Strong work ethic, customer communication and leadership ability.
Compensation
$65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience.
